Low temperature synthesis of NaSICON NaZr2(PO4)3 powders with the assistance of in situ formed mineralizer

چکیده
A new approach was developed to prepare NaZr2(PO4)3 (NZP) powders at low temperature of 330?C. The effect different molar ratios ZrO(NO3)2 ? xH2O NaH2PO4 2H2O on the synthesis NZP systematically investigated by XRD, FE-SEM, TEM, EDS and Raman spectroscopy. mineralizer NaNO3 formed in situ due mechanochemical reaction between raw materials during grinding process. When optimal ratio Zr:P = 2:6 used, with high crystallinity, good dispersity particle sizes range 500-700 nm were obtained. dense ceramics obtained sintering 1100 ?C for 3 h 2 wt.% ZnO as aid. relative density Vickers hardness sintered reached 93.4% 704MPa, respectively.
